Plant Administrator [Brigg REP]

We are currently recruiting for a Plant Administrator to join the team at our Brigg site.

Duties:

Maintain full and accurate files supporting all the fuel, haulier and service contracts administered by Eco2.

Maintain full and accurate records of all stack audits carried out by the fuel team.

Ensure that Eco2’s bespoke CIFT database (“Contracts, Inventory and Flow Tool”) is kept up to date.

Run enquiries on CIFT for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Process all delivery receipts associated with fuel and any records of rejections.

Produce the invoices that support payments against fuel, haulier and service contracts.

Assist in the production and maintenance of the written processes that will underpin Eco2’s emerging Quality Management System.

Comply with statutory health & safety requirements.

Receive and respond to queries from suppliers, hauliers and service providers.

Attend and minute weekly meetings with the power station owner.

A successful Plant Administrator needs to:

be highly organised;
pay very close attention to detail;
be analytical with good problem solving abilities;
be collaborative and supportive to colleagues;
be persistent and vocal regarding business and system requirements and;
be a good communicator.

Skills and Experience

Must be competent in the MS Office suite.
A basic understanding of book-keeping would be an advantage.
