HR Coordinator
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 basic per annum, plus an annual bonus

Hours of Work: 37 per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid working, based at Cardiff Gate 2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work 3 days per week.

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Group Head of People.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: drafting job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Source candidates creatively via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate success.
HR Administration
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Assist with HR policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and learning programmes.
- Supporting employee relations matters including absence management, discipline and grievance.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance or escalating as needed.

- Proven administrative experience in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to learning and growth.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
Desirable
- Experience in recruitment, sales, administration, or customer service.
- Familiarity with HR or payroll systems.
- External HR-related training is a plus but not essential.
